This year marks the 5 year anniversary for the Restoration Art Auction which benefits the Greater Sioux Falls Habitat for Humanity. Last year’s auction raised $11,245.00 and this year, with SDID’s support, we are hoping they can beat that! The profits they’ve raised in the last four years has been enough to roof three houses.
A few of our members delivered ‘Darla journals’ to Avera and Sanford yesterday, Nov. 17. Darla was a passionate and proactive SDID member whose life was taken by breast cancer. Her journals, the documentation of her journey, help current breast cancer patients cope while fighting this horrible disease. Thank you to Brenna & Alanna

SDID Community Outreach Committee Updates: Inspiration for Your Journey: Second Edition of Darla Journals Delivered The second edition of the Darla Journals, this year entitled, “Inspiration for Your Journey” have been donated to the Edith Sanford Breast Center and the Avera Breast Center.
